Trail #9 to Pine Stump Jct/Holland Lake staging area is in fair to good condition. The trail from town to 6 miles north is in poor condition then it improves to fair condition to County Rd. #498 then conditions improve to good up to Holland Lake Staging area.

Grooming is still on going. They are trying to keep the trails in the best shape they can with what they have to work with. Expect icy corners and bare spots around towns. THINK SNOW!!

Trails are in poor condition at this time. We’ve received about 2 inches of new snow yesterday, not enough to improve the trails for sledding. We may receive 1-2 inches more today and tonight. [...]
We never got more than 3 inches of fresh snow Friday. Saturday gave us just a few intermittent snow flakes. However, about 50 – 70% of the trail still has an ice base so the three inches packed nicely on those areas. Trail 7 from Otsego Lake into Gaylord was down to dirt so [...]
Temperatures have dropped to the teens and we received around four inches of new snow here in Munising. Lake effect snow is supposed to continue till tomorrow.
